1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdbajkk website, mobile site, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated for the entertainment of adult users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout this document refer to bdbajkk. References to "you" and "your" refer to the registered account holder.

By using bdbajkk in any capacity — including browsing without an account — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

bdbajkk is intended for recreational gaming and entertainment. We do not make any representations that the services offered are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of bdbajkk complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bdbajkk does not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the legal primacy of the English version.

2 Account Registration

To access bdbajkk's betting and gaming services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a bdbajkk account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bdbajkk or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not acting in a professional gambling capacity or using automated software to generate bets.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdbajkk applies a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to all registered accounts. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point at our discretion, you may be required to submit documentation verifying your identity and payment method. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Proof of payment method (e.g., confirmation that the bKash or Nagad account is registered in your name) may also be required. Accounts that fail KYC verification within 30 days of a request may have their withdrawal rights suspended.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bdbajkk login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bdbajkk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat at support@bdbajkk.

3 Age Restriction

bdbajkk operates a strict 18+ policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, place bets, or claim bonuses on the bdbajkk Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction or game type.

We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18 years of age, we will suspend that account and withhold all funds pending verification. If verification confirms that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits will be reviewed in accordance with applicable policies. Winnings accrued by underage users will be forfeited in full.

Parents and guardians are advised to use appropriate parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites. bdbajkk cannot be held responsible for underage access resulting from a failure to secure devices or accounts in a shared household.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdbajkk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). We do not process transactions in foreign currencies. bdbajkk supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500. Withdrawals credited within 30 minutes during business hours.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳300. Withdrawals credited within 30 minutes during business hours.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳400. Withdrawals credited within 60 minutes.
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳400. Withdrawals credited within 60 minutes.
• Bank Transfer — Supported via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Minimum deposit ৳5,000. Processing time up to 24 hours.

Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your bdbajkk account in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are depositing from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. bdbajkk does not accept credit card deposits.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal is ৳200,000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limit is ৳500,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bdbajkk reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000. Processing times stated above are target times and may be extended during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

Transaction Fees

bdbajkk does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their standard transaction charges. Please consult your provider's current fee schedule. bdbajkk has no control over third-party provider fees and cannot be held responsible for charges applied by your payment provider.

5 Bonus Terms

bdbajkk offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and KYC verification are eligible for the welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds to your account following your first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳1,000. The welcome bonus carries a standard 20x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. For example, a ৳5,000 bonus requires ৳100,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account. The following bet types do not count towards wagering requirements: bets placed on events with odds below 1.50, bets placed using other bonus funds, bets that are voided or refunded, and any bet placed in violation of these Terms.

General Bonus Rules

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• bdbajkk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Free spin winnings carry a 15x wagering requirement.
• Reload bonuses are available to verified players on a weekly basis. Check the Promotions section of bdbajkk for current reload bonus terms.
• Seasonal bonuses linked to BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events carry their own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion.
• bdbajkk reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing coordinated low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdbajkk are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you agree to these rules without reservation.

General Betting Rules

A bet is confirmed when bdbajkk's system registers and accepts it. A bet confirmation message will be displayed on screen and recorded in your account's bet history. Bets placed but not confirmed by the system (for example, due to a connectivity interruption) are not valid and no funds will be deducted for unconfirmed bets. bdbajkk reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or palpable mistake. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account.

Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on bdbajkk cover domestic Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), national team fixtures including Test, ODI, and T20I formats, ICC tournaments (including the T20 World Cup and Cricket World Cup), and the Indian Premier League (IPL). The following specific rules apply to cricket betting:

• A cricket match must have a minimum number of overs completed (as specified per market) for the market to be settled. If the minimum overs threshold is not met due to weather or other interruptions, bets on affected markets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to bdbajkk's live odds system. In-play bets are final once confirmed; connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for voiding an in-play bet that has been confirmed by our system.
• bdbajkk's decision on cricket market settlement is final, subject to the official scorecard from the relevant cricket board (BCB for Bangladesh domestic matches, ICC for international tournaments).

Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games and slots on bdbajkk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. In the event of a game error, disconnection, or software malfunction, bdbajkk will void the affected game round and return the stake to the player. Game outcomes generated during a technical fault are not valid for settlement purposes.

7 User Obligations

As a registered user of bdbajkk, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations at all times:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration and KYC.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Use bdbajkk solely for lawful, recreational gambling purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software forming part of the bdbajkk Platform.
• Not use any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to generate, place, or manage bets on bdbajkk without express written permission.
• Not engage in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the games or sports events offered on bdbajkk.
• Not use bdbajkk for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. bdbajkk is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Not register more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Promptly notify bdbajkk support if you become aware of any technical error, palpable mistake in odds, or security vulnerability on the Platform.

Breach of any user obligation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your bdbajkk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@bdbajkk. Upon receiving a valid closure request, bdbajkk will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in to bdbajkk, receive promotional communications, or create a new account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. For temporary self-exclusion, reinstatement requests are accepted only after the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed and a 7-day reflection period has passed. Closure by bdbajkk

bdbajkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity. In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, any remaining bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at bdbajkk's sole discretion following a review. bdbajkk's decision in such matters is final.
